We desire a long- term agreement to produce
your parts
- We would appreciate an opportunity to refund
your tooling money as a result of a long term agreement to produce your parts.
- This can be realized through a two or three
year agreement, that specifies the amount of product shipments required to earn
a tooling refund of 100%
- Another alternative would be to two-stage
the return of tooling money by each part, shipments equaling a certain
percentage of the total amount of parts required for 100% refund of it's
tooling money.
- We are prepared to negotiate this type of
agreement with you.
