We are an engineering procedures company

Our documentation is geared to our customers requirements. We are able to use any or all of the following engineering forms.

• Drawing Compliance Report - is used when China materials or equipment tolerances are different than the customer drawing specification. We will submit these differences to the customer for their approval or rejection before we quote the part.
• Certificate of Conformance - is used by our China office in cooperation with the manufacturing plants. These documents are kept in our China office. They provide raw material tracking of a finished product if the customer needs verification.
• Material Safety Data Sheet (OSHA Form 174) - is available from the OSHA web site. These are used when requested by a customer and accompany the packing slip.
• Packing Slip - is used on every shipment. Two copies are required, one for the customer files and the other for Shine-Link. The Shine-Link copy must be signed by the customers receiving person and faxed or mailed to the Des Moines Iowa office promptly.
• Corrective Action Form - is used when a customer rejects a part for any reason and notifies the Shine-Link Des Moines Iowa office. We prepare this report for our China office engineers to investigate the complaint with the manufacture. Then we advise the customer and the manufacturers. Corrective Actions prevent the problem from reoccurring.
